Hello all!
I want to apply for masters in software engineering in next year spring batch i guess i should start all the procedure rite now,i m in last semester of bs in S.E and taken ielts got overall 7 now preparing for GRE .my cgpa is 3.2 i am targeting 5 universities but the problem is i am not sure from where to start my application procedurelike applying to uni and later in embassy would kindly someone brief me.
any help would be appreciated.

Well first of all, concentrate on your GRE. Because when applying to universities, you will need to provide them with your score while filling the application. Now, by spring, which semester do you mean exactly? Because different university have different timeline pointing to spring.

At first, you have to select your universities, find out their deadlines for applying to your desired program, the minimum requirements and the required documents/references you have to send. Application is a very lengthy process and can take from 2/3weeks to 2/3months! After you secure an admission in a university, then only you can proceed with embassy stuffs.

So, right now, I suggest, you get prepared for your GRE and start doing your homework on the universities you would like to apply like find out their deadlines (most important), required documents, etc.

You have to get admission in some college and then proceed to the embassy with all your documents.
There is a sentence in your post that is moving and this makes your post hars to read adn understand.
