hey guys i got a quick question, the first time i sent my file it was about a month ago and my card was cloned so i sent it again with the new card number, now will i be getting an answer or anything for the first case or i´ll just get the file back although it doesn´t really matter my first case I was just wondering...hope you guys can share some knowledge...Thanks
 
Hey guys...I got an email from the first time i sent my application, they cloned my credit card therefore i resent my application, so here's what happened I got an email today saying that they give me 30 days to resend a bank draft or new card number with a B number on it...now an hour later a got another email that said: FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office would like to recall the message, "CREDIT CARD INFORMATION DECLINED". I believe they saw the other application I sent with the new credit card number....So i don't know what to do should i send the bank draft or just go with what they said with the recall?

I have sent courier to cic about a month ago with payment receipt and other required documents. after few days ,I got message from bank that transaction is declined and whole money is refunded .then I raise webform to inform cic about declined transaction.but cic don't respond me.now my concern is that can I send new parcel with valid payment receipt,nomination and other required documents without returning old parcel.
