Help Uploading the IMM5257 Form for my online application ERROR

Hello
I have been trying to upload the IMM5257 application form (APPLICATION FOR VISITOR VISA (TEMPORARY RESIDENT VISA) with no luck. The Form is validated and had the 5 bar codes it requires but every time i try to upload it gives me an error message saying the form is not used any more or something along those lines.
I have seen many people on this forum have had success uploading can you please assist?

I can't download the IMM5257 form in pdf. I've tried different computers, downloading latest Adobe PDF, switched browsers, nothing works.

Change of computer or ask a friend to download it. The links work fine, I just tried.

Right click, use save as option and then open the document with Adobe reader/writer
