Hi friends, it´s my first time here. I´m looking for help.
I did the Landing in Canada last year Sep-28 when I arrived from a cruise in Vancouver Port.
How I stayed only seven days in Canada and I hadn´t Canada mail, the Immigration Officer told me that when I return to Canada I could pick up the PR card in any Canada airport personally. I will needed to inform wich airport I will re-enter. But, he didn´t gave me phone or contact to this.
I am returning to Canada in next month, I laready have the Travel Document (valid), I already have Canada addrees and would like to know:

1. If the PR card is ready in some Canada office?
2. If answer 1 is positive, how can I get it in Toronto when I arrived ther?
3. If the answer 1 is negative, I will need to request a new PR card?
4. How can I request the NAS (muméro d´assunrance sociale) ?
5. Someone here already requested the refund when studied franch language abroad (it apply for a Quebec immigration)?

Thanks
Flávio

1. You were give wrong information.
2. You had 180 days from your date of "landing" to give CIC a Canadian address, you should have been give a "fax" form.
3. Once you have an address in Canada, inform CIC and your card will be mailed out.
4. For a SIN you go to the nearest service Canada office with your COPR and the number will be issued.

PMM, thanks for your help, but I still have some doubt:
I've updated my address in Canada on CIC's website.

1. How do I give a "fax" form?
2. But if even updating the address in the CIC not get the PR card, it is possible to pick up personally at the airport on arrival?
3. After update the address on the website, how long they send the PR card to new address?
Thank you.
