help to understand refusal reason

hello friends,
I got refusal on 1st august and I got other reason in refusal.
As per decision letter here is reason:
given your academics performance, language ability in specified bands and considering your proposed course, travel history and home ties, I am not satisfied that the applicant is bona file, who will leave Canada at the end of the study period.
Its seems strange to me as I didn't get such refusal reason in my previous application to cic.
kindly, provide me feedback to this, it will be greatly appreciable...

It seems it has to do with your IELTS score , proposed study etc...

proposed course-MASTER OF ENGINEERING IN MECHANICAL AT CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY.
IELTS-6.5 BANDS
TRAVEL HISTORY-VISITED THAILAND, SIGAPORE, MALAYSIA, FRANCE AND ITALY-there was no any overstay
10th 58
12th 60.40
btech 73-2014 pass out
work experience-production engineer from feb 2016 to till date
proof of employement- salary slips of 3 months, employment letter, appreciation letter, business card of employer, bank statement showing salary.
my income tax reports
proof of funds- 20lacs education loan, 4 lacs saving, certified property evaluation reports by chartered accountant.
additional documents- sop and cv.

Sometimes , they give general reasons and the ticks vary between different applications. Some of the reasons given appear irrelevant though!
The best advise I can give you : Never apply again before you get CAIPS/CGMS ,no one will be able to explain the reasons as the CGMS.
It will show you the real reasons, then you address them and prepare a stronger file.

Irrelevant as Faroosan mentioned. I understand your thinking of this is out of Despair.Get CAIPS , understand the real reasons and then re apply with a stronger profile, a lot of members here will help you.

Applied from UAE but I was in Canada when my lawyer submitted my online application.
