1. Can i apply PR appliaction in Canada and then leave canada
2. In case i apply it in canada and then go back to India, then in that case can i submit my Passport in CHC-New Delhi for PR stamping?
3. In case i am submiting my application in New Delhi(India), Can i submit in same Class that is Canadian Experience Class(CEC).

2. No, yo dont submit the passport to New Delhi. You still need to send the passport to Ottawa for PR stamping.

Ashish - why are you Spamming this board? I saw similar question else where and your questions were answered clearly.

I dont mean to be rude, but this bulletin is meant for helping each other provided you do your homework. This is not meant for asking same question again and again and bothering folks here. I would advice you to READ the CEC manual and then post your questions here.

1. Yes, however, it is important to choose the visa office that will process your application wisely:
a) if you select CPP-Ottawa, you will have to submit your passport to Ottawa for PR stamping. Is it legal to mail your passport out of the country(India)?

If there is an interview, you will have to make arrangements to travel to Canada for it. This is assuming you are able to obtain a temporary resident visa.

b) if you will leave Canada after applying, consider selecting the visa office in India to process your application. This way it is easier to submit your passport for PR stamping and if there is an interview, easier to travel within the same country.

2. No. Refer to #1.

3. Yes.

Ashish
Is this your real name or its fake? Or using some other person’s name to spoil his image?

Why are you not doing homework before posting your questions in these forums?

You are also stupid enough to use your real name and disclosing your personal information as well as your employment situation in Canada. This stupidity may put you in to risk and you could lose current job.

Being in IT industry and IT Analyst use some brain and stop spamming these forum it irritates all forum members and you yourself may get in trouble.

Be smart, do your home work, go on CIC website, learn, and post only questions which will make some sense.

@PA1984..., you are right that it's not a good idea to disclose one's personal information on a public forum, however, that advise could be given without insults or accusations. Furthermore, he hasn't said anything that would cause him to lose his job. We need to be kind to one another, doesn't hurt at all.

Hi SenoritaBella
I agree with you
I am sorry but I had to do that as with little search I was able to trace roots of this guy and I was able to see what you may not able to see and found he is in potential danger wrt his job.
And if he is using some other guys fake name, that person could face problems cos of this.
Canada dreams are good but one has to take precautions while pursuing that.

At least he should not use his real name if his company is not ready to support his PR. Indian IT companies are notorious for not supporting PR. I suggest him to remove his posting.

Ashish...I hope you'll understand this.

If you apply from Canada , then you can select your visa office either CPP-Ottawa or New Delhi.

If you apply from Canada and select CPP-Ottawa for processing then you have to send your passport to Ottawa for stamping of PR visa. Also if there is any interview you have to come to Canada.

If you apply from Canada and select your visa office as New Delhi and include your mailing address and home address in India, then you need to send your passport to New Delhi for PR visa. Interview (if any) will be in India as well. In this case, you can mention in a covering letter that you will be leaving Canada very soon and wait in India for your PR.

My suggestion, will be go back to India after you finish work experience ( if you don't have any job and don't want to Stay in Canada during PR processing), apply from there, and select New Delhi as your visa office. In this case, your interview, visa stamping everything will be done in India. You don't have to worry about sending passport to anywhere. Your application will be processed either in CPP-Ottawa or New Delhi (most probably). However, since you have selected you visa office as New Delhi, your case/file will transferred to New Delhi for further processing (passport request, stamping etc.)

In all the cases above, make sure you send your application package to Sydney, Nova Scotia..not in New Delhi (even if you select New Delhi as your visa office)

Good luck :)
