The scan copy is not very clear but what I understand is that they want updated Police certificates along with your Medical (Third line)

And that all these documents should be in English or French otherwise translated (second line after medical request).

I cannot read properly just make sure they have not mentioned anything about Proof of Fund.

Agree with Nano. Looks like it's only for Medical Examination. There is general instruction for PCC only if they'd asked for it but since they haven't asked for it, no need to worry.
