Hi,
I just finished with my class 12 examinations from the Non-Medical stream and i wish to pursue a Business Adm / Marketing Diploma in one of the canadian colleges in Toronto.
My result will be out in mid-may and I'll be giving IELTS on 16th April.
Will i be facing any major problems at time of the VISA?
I'm from near Delhi and i'll be applyin under SPP.
Another option as suggested by some friends was to take a science course right now and get the visa and get it changed later on.
But, this option is not 100% dependable as they won't change my course if the seats are full in the business course.

Kindly help :)

HI

you can change your course later ,

Hi Candy girl,

I would advise that you take your time and enroll for a Diploma Course in your country and then basing on your results apply to a college/university with your transcripts. When you go to the embassy you easily answer that you want to pursue bachelors basing on the fact that you have already done a diploma and you intend to continue in the same field/profession.

Otherwise visa interviews are usually very tricky and so walk carefully. :P

Since my parents are willing to send me after class 12, waitin till graduation would be a bad idea.
And some of my friends from Canadian colleges say that it's not sure that my course would be changed as the desired courses can be full.

Has anyone been in my situation and still got the visa?

Hi

I know many people that have got their visas for diploma programs right after grade 12, I'm myself applying for diploma , after 12th grade.

It not a problem , but you can select a good course ( research based in your field) later it can be changed without any worries.

good luck

HI candy girl

yes

select a diploma course in Science related subject , after reaching there you can change it without any problem

the rest is up to you
:)
