Help! Schedule A

I linked my application to cic and they asked to upload the Schedule A form. I don't see any options to upload any kind of file. Does other people encounter this problem?
What did you do to solve it?

on your home page, just at the bottom of the page precisely on the left hand side, click on view submitted application, it should take you to the next page. hopefully there should be a spot for you to upload the schedule A form.

hopefully this helps.

If there is no spot created, then you have to raise a CSE.

Okay thanks will check this option. I think I did before and didn't see it. Took me only to another page asking for electronic signature.
