Help required with PEI Provincial Nominee program

Hello All,

I received a mail from PEI for PEI Provincial Nominee.

The problem is, The ExpressEntry profile submitted by me has become In Eligible, 10 days after submitting my profile by Nov 25, 2017. Last week, i.e on 22nd Dec I received mail from PEI for PEI Provincial Nominee against same application. I am not sure why my application is In Eligible.

I am confused that, should i go forward and submit my application fee $300 CAD or will it be of no use.

There are more queries,

• What is the best way to send money to PEI Office of Immigration ?
• For Proof of Funds, if i take some money from relatives and show, will it be acceptable ??
