Help Required: Residence History & PCCs

I need advice on getting PCCs for me & my wife for express entry profile. My residential history is as follows

Myself:
1. Dec 1994 ~ Dec 2012 - Address 1, District 1, City 1 (also listed as my permanent address in all documents)
2. Dec 2012 ~ August 2018 - Address 2, District 2, City 1
3. August 2018 ~ April 2019 - Address 3, City 2
4. April 2019 ~ Till Date - Address 4, District 2, City 1

My wife: (Also referenced from my addresses)
1. Birth ~ Dec 2016 - Address 1, District 2, City 1 (its her mother's place)
2. Dec 2016 ~ August 2018 - Address 2, District 2, City 1 (post marriage residence)
3. August 2018 ~ April 2019 - Address 1, District 2, City 1
4. April 2019 ~ Till Date - Address 4, District 2, City 1

Also, my wife has permanent address same as mine.

In documents, my residence has never changed. It remains the same throughout and still mentioned as same.

I need help on how to get the PCCs and how many PCCs will i need. I live in Pakistan.

Advice from experienced people form Pakistan will be highly appreciated

Get 2 PCC
1. Dec 1994- Till Date (City 1)
2. Aug 2018-April 2019 (City 2, you might have trouble obtaining PCC from this city as your residence on CNIC is of city 1)

Spouse:
1. Birth-Dec 2016 (City 1)
2. Dec 2016 - Till date (post marriage)
Since the city is same for your spouse just get these 2 pcc's made
