Folks,

Am living in Ontario and working under Closed Work Permit with LMIA specify work location restricted to Ontario.

My employer is agreed to move me to our head office in Halifax and agreed to support me in Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry under Category A, which requires employer to provide Employer Information Form (Demand NSNP 200).

Now i have couple of question which i need some of your expert advice.

1) If my employer provides me a Job offer based out Halifax which is starting from Jan1st 2021, do i need to move in to Halifax on start date?

2) What will happen to my current LMIA, do employer need to do a fresh LMIA based out of Halifax and then i apply for a work permit before move in there?

3) Shall i continue my work in Ontario, with the new Job offer submitted to Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry PNP and wait for the nomination from Nova Scotia and apply for PR with EE? or as part of Nomination Nova Scotia will provide me Work permit support letter, which i need to use and submit a new work permit till the time my PR process is getting completed.

Any one went through this path shed some light on above questions?

Thanks in Advance

Regards,
Pradeep
