Help required in calculating number of working hours

Could someone please help me in calculating the exact number of hours as per the below mentioned details:

Part-time working period: August-19, 2019 to October-30,2020

Full-time working Period: November-1,2020 to Present

PGWP approved date: April-16,2020.

ITA received date: August-19,2021.
