This is a four hour drive. No pick up service is going to be reasonable - they will all be expensive (i.e. several hundred dollars). If you want a reasonable option - you will need to look into taking the bus from Vancouver to Kelowna.

Have you considered taking a domestic flight from Vancouver to Kelowna instead?

Domestic flights abroad are not as unreasonable as domestic flights in India... or so I've heard.

I'm sure the bus will cost you the same amount of money and 10 times more inconvenience

Voila!
$107 for a one way domestic flight from Vancouver to Kelowna.

You'll have to pay extra for the excess baggage though

If i was coming to kelowna. I would book a flight from new delhi to kelowna directly. You can easily find a flight to kelowna something in the budget of $100-150. And the best part of it is to commute easily rather than looking for buses and their travel times. Hope it helps

still have to check out if any extra charges for 3 pcs baggage though and would still do landing at whichever international POE was first entry given Kelowna is not a international airport so need to check layover times as well at POE . Other than those small challenges a good suggestion.

In your case , greyhound bus would be better option . They charge maximum $100 for your trip .
Good luck

Hi Anjali, i would suggest you to get in touch with your College/University's International Student Section. Many colleges provide an option for Airport pickups, your institution might as well. You never know, the answer to your problem could just be a Call (or Mail) away.

Hope it helps.
