Help Required: EE overall score and profile expire date

Due to the new CRS, I got 30 additional points in EE, but it is not counted into my overall score, does anyone have same trouble or know how to solve this?
My ee profile will be expired by the middle of Jan 2017, what time I do not require to care if it is expired? after ITA or getting File Number from CIC for my ee application?

Once you receive your ITA your profile won't expire unless you decline your invitation or fail to submit your application within 90 days.

Make sure you answered correctly the new questions in the education section. If you did, you need to wait for the changes to apply.
