Could please somebody help me?
I received a message for a copy of my Schedule A again. I cannot find any gaps in my history but I did tick yes when asked was I refused entry to Canada before.
I tried to flagpole but my immigration consultant misinterpreted the law at the time.
I left Canada by land border to the USA and when re-entering Canada I applied for a new work permit and was refused as I had been working with no status for 5 months.
I was issued with an "Allowed to leave" notice and given 2 weeks to return home to Ireland which I did.
Should this explanation suffice for the new schedule A or do I need to do something else? I am panicking!
Also, should I print it, sign it and upload photos/scans back into MyCIC?
