I received a letter a few months ago asking for the avis de cotisations du Québec for the last 5 years of my working in Quebec for my CSQ application. I called Revenu Québec to ask about certified copies but the agent there told me that they don't do that, and all documents printed from the Mon Dossier part of Revenu Québec website were considered official, so I printed those and sent them in.
Today I received a notice from MCIC that my CSQ application is rejected because the assessments were not certified. Is there something I can do right now to appeal this decision or is this decision final?
If the decision is final, can I resubmit a new application?
