Help regarding TWP Application

Hi all

I have recently received nomination from the SINP as a skilled worker ;D
I am going to apply for a TWP so I can get over and start working as soon as possible. I just have a few questions regarding the application.

I didnt recieve an LMO but got a letter of support which im told will count instead of the LMO. So under the Imm 1295 form it asks for LMO number. Can I just leave this blank and include the letter in the package?

Also under what work permit im applying for it gives the options as :

International Experience Canada Program
Live-in Caregiver Program
Open Work Permit
Other
Seasonal Agricultural Work Program

Do I choose other?

Also my common-law spouse was accepted in the SINP application, does she have to fill out the same forms for the TWP as I do? If so how can the forms be completed as she doesnt have a Job offer or LMO or anything. The immigration people I met told me I will get a TWP to allow me to work for the company I have the job offer from and that she would get an open work permit.
