Hi guys. I recently worked in a small Architectural office in India. It has no HR department ( only 1 person who handles accounts). I was being paid in cash ( I have cash receipts )..
Do I get Reference letter , Joining and Relieving letter signed by my boss?
I have cash receipts, will it be a problem while applying for Express Entry?

Also I have 1 year Canadian diploma + bachelor of Architecture. I couldn’t find a job in Canada so I came back and now I wanted to apply for Express Entry through the above experience.

Please help.

It has to be a registered organization and has been given a license by the government to operate.

I mean u can try but cases like this go thru lot of scrutiny and I m not saying this because I am an expert in the subject matter but becuz I once talked to a consultant and he told me all this. Well if u r truthful thn don’t worry and let them do their screening it may take time but may be u will go thru

I checked and Architectural company I work is registered and we can find information when you google them. It just happens to be a small Private company.
