Help Regarding Pay and Benefits For CEC

hi I am working with a small company at site manager Position NOC ( 0651) from 3 months and my pay is $14.50/hour but they are not giving me any kind of benefits so are we need all kind of benefits to apply in CEC category or it does not matter company provides benefits or not
Please help so I can continue my job with same company
or move to any other

Read the CEC guide and checklist, it says nothing about benefits. Having benefits is more important for you as an employee(in case you are sick, take vacation, etc) than for CEC. On another note, do you manage other employees at your job? If you don't that would not be the correct NOC code to use.
