Help regarding new application

I got refusal on 6/5.5 after B.tech. i improved my ielts and got 6.5/5.5 in one so let me now what are the chances to get visa on this ielts score . Please help with your views

You will have to provide more details about your application, to analyse the refusal, IELTS score also could be one of them , the minimum score accepted by them is 6 band in all modules..

I ordered gcms notes and only ielts has mentioned in it

Great than its pretty clear, try getting atleast 6 in each band, hopefully thats should do it.
