Help regarding bank loan

Hi there,
Please friends share your experience for availing bank loan;
Myself approached 3 banks and they not shows a positive approach;
I am going for pg diploma in lambton college Toronto campus ;
Seniors please guide me how to get the bank loan, Which banks are better to avail loan etc.

I haven't started applying yet. But my case is rare. I have bachelor's in Mechanical but want to persue ms in cs. See my profile below. If you could help me , please do suggest some universites.

7. Published 2 apps in windows phone store.
6. Microsoft certifications in C#, SQL
7. Good LOR's from TCS managers and Microsoft employees as i worked under their project.
8. Published one Nuget package on nuget.org for Visual Studio and article for the same on Codeproject.com
