HELP: Refugee Protection Claimant document expired

Hi guys,

I have my Refugee protection claimant document expired this month. It was issued 5 years ago in Etobicoke, Toronto.

I belive i need to renew it?

Where?

How long does it take?

Is there anything i should take with me?

No, I got my positive hearing on April of year.
And my document expired on September 13 of this year

I don't have an y immigration document now with my photo and signature on it :-(
