HELP: Receive biometrics fees Request Letter after submitting the fee recept

Hi eveyone!

So I am in the process of the EE application. I received the Request Letter for paying the fee for Biometrics back on May 16, and I paid and submitted the Official Receipt of 85 CAD from IRCC through my account on the same day.

Today, May 26, I received the same Request Letter again asking for the Official Receipt for biometrics.

Has anyone encountered the same issue? Should I submit the old Official Receipt anyway? Or should I actually contact the IRCC first? If so, in what way would it be more efficient in my case?

You need to submit the PDF receipt that you received or just upload the same receipt again

I see! Thanks! I thought Webform would be slower normally. Good to know! I will try again!
