Hello All,
here is my situation. My husband is from Montenegro and we got married in February 2014. We have sent the application in May, and I got approved as a sponsor in July. In late August they requested original police certificate (uvjerenje o nekaznjavanju) from the local police station. We have sent that along with the court certificate. Today we got an email saying that is not a correct certificate. After some digging we found out that the requested certificate is issued by the Ministry of Justice in Montenegro (since April 2014) and the Vienna site has dated information. I hope that this is what they are asking for and I hope this is it now. Anyone from Montenegro? Anyone in same situation?
Any advice?
P.s. medical was done April 2, 2014 in Belgrade and it was attached to the application.
