Help! questions about family size for apply parents.

I have a family size question to clarify.
my family size is 6 now, but my daughter was born in 2014, so if I want to apply in 2016 Jan.
,Look at the NOA, my LICO should be referring to 2012(size5), 2013(size 5), 2014(size 6)?
if that right? It makes more sense to me.
I couldnot find anything on the CIC website, about how they reconsider the family size when there was a new born in the family in the last 3years.

Family size must be the same in all 3 years, and that is the size as of the date of application. So it's 6 for all 3 years.
