Does the CBSA officer accept an algerian bank statement with algerian currency as a proof of fund?
It would be the same bank account i have used in my PR application

Yes, they will! They don't have a reason to not "accept it". Most likely, they won't check your PoF - but please keep one just in case they ask. Most people who carry a PoF is usually in their home country's currency and it is almost unreasonable to expect it to be in CAD. They don't even bother with that during our PR application and do the currency conversion on their own there.
