Hi.

I had a lawyer help me with Quebec Skilled Worker CSQ and I received my AOR in Nov. 2011. He said it will take 6-10 months after that for interview. It's been 2 years now and still no interview and no updates. Has anyone else waited this long for an interview after their AOR?

Also, currently living in Toronto and went back to graduate school. Can I apply for PR in Ontario if I already have immigration papers in Quebec? Asked lawyer he said I shouldn't. But I am thinking to call-off my Quebec application and just stick with Ontario (which is what I wanted to do in the beginning but Ontario was no accepting at that time!) Should I call-off Quebec? Or would that be stupid after waiting 2 years?

Any thoughts, please I'm so confused.

Do not call it off until you get the Ontario one. They are separate does not affect each other. Just apply for the second one and see what happens. if if you withdraw quebec you will not be refunded so no need to cancel it.
