I just got an email from cic giving me 7 days to upload an official transcript even though I submitted a print out copy of my transcript from the university website alongside a letter of completion of studies from my university with my original application for PSWP. They made clear in this letter that an unofficial transcript or cut out from university website “is not acceptable” even though it says on their website that unofficial transcript from university website are acceptable.
Now my problem is that I still owe my university which I can’t pay off in 7 days and without which they cannot issue me an official transcript. What do I do? Why is cic demanding an official transcript from me and raising a higher bar for me to meet against their own published requirement on their website?
