I must say its a strange question...but lemme tell u my experience. when i submitted my case & dint receive my first AOR after 6 weeks,
i emailed it to cic. nd they asked for my tracking number nd after 3 weeks they replied me tht they have received my package nd is in process.
so thts the benefits of a courier, tht it can always be checked against tracking number, when do they open it is not an issue to worry about. just wait nd gud luck.
