I have my first baby born in CA 10 years ago.... I love the country and always wonder if I can move to the country (if I can't, i wish my children live here and make contribution)
Now there's a category in FSW that I may fit to apply. But my child was born in CA (I was a tourist when he's born). Would my case of having a baby born in CA affect my application? (the CA immigration dept rejects my case cos baby born to a tourist?) Or even worse, would my application through FSW affect my child's citizenship??
I am very worried. Hope someone can help me!
