Help pls authorization to return to Canada ...

Thank you in advance.
I left to Canada in 2007 to study but I dropped out after the first semester "I was feeling restless in school couldn't follow up at school" so I quit and stayed in Canada for 8 years my study permit and visa was only 3years.. I left alone on my expense. To my country.
Im doing nursing school and would like to immigrate to Canada when Im done.
Will I need an Arc ? Will me not attending school be a problem? Any information is helpful also similar stories

It doesn't sounds like you need an ARC. However if you do, then CIC will process one automatically when you apply for PR.

Note that you'll need to get one year of full time and paid work experience before you'll qualify to apply for PR. Finishing your nursing degree won't be enough.
