hi everyone,
i was deported from canada in 2011, and after that i married canadian girl in my home country. she went back to canada after few months. things were fine and great with us.
then she start cheating on me with multiple men in just few months. she lied over n over.
so now we are seprated and only option is divorce.
my question is is there any way i am eligible to live in canada. one of my friend have spent soo much money on my lawyer and have helped me. and he wants me back there. when i do my online assessment on cic.gc.ca
it says i should apply under family class even if am divorced.
there are no jobs for me in my home country and my life is miserable here. and i want to get out of here.
i am thinking to write a letter explaining my daily life situations to honourable minister jason kenny.
need your answers on this serious issue.

Writing a letter to Kenny will get you nowhere - don't even bother trying. If you wish to immigrate to Canada you will have to qualify and apply just like everyone else. However unlike everyone else, you will need an ARC to return since you were deported and you will also have to repay the cost of your deportation flight.

Information about the various immigration options is here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp

You don't qualify to apply through family class since you are separated. So forget about that option. Read up on the Federal Skilled Worker / Skilled Trade program and the Provincial Nominee programs.

then why does my online assessment on cic says that i can apply under family class

Presumably because you said you have a wife in Canada.

To apply through family class, your wife is the one who has to sponsor you. Given you're separated and headed for divorce, I'm guessing there's no way she's going to fill out a sponsorship application, provide supporting documentation to show your relationship is real and ongoing, and sign an agreement to financially support you in Canada for three years after you land - right?

yes right,

how do i explain cic that my life is so miserable here and i need to get out of this country.
i have been here for more than 2 years and no jobs, even if u get job, they pay u $80-100 a month working 6 days. i was 19 when i went to canada. never worked in any other county but canada.
i dont want to be a burden on my friend who is supporting me for whole time.
do i qualify on H & C grounds?
is there any help available for me by govt officials?

CIC doesn't care that you're miserable and I don't see how you would qualify under H&C. Being miserable and being divorced from your Canadian spouse doesn't qualify you for H&C. Plus, you must be physically in Canada to apply.

If you legally worked in Canada for at least one full year in a skilled occupation then you might quality to apply for PR through the Canadian Experience Class program.

Otherwise it sounds like you need to get a few years of work experience in your home country before you can qualify to apply for PR in Canada.

Canada immigration SUCKS....

my dad wasted all his money sending me there years ago, now he is poor man. i have nothing. my life is destroyed.
this is really stupid.. canada have soo many criminals hiding there, but they wont do anything about them

You need to take responsibility for what happened to you. If you were deported, this means you broke the rules. There are consequences for breaking the rules.

I don't think that it's necessarily Canadian immigration that sucks.....I think your wife SUCKS! I am sorry for what you are going through and can understand your frustrations! I think we all feel like that at one point or another within this immigration process! However, I will say, after learning what other friends, etc have gone through immigrating to other countries I would say the Canadian system could be far worse! If you were deported from Canada, it will only complicate your case. Have you looked through all of the available avenues as far as immigrating into Canada? Perhaps there is another way. I wish you the best!

the problem is these lawyers ask for big money. which i dont have.
and i need serious help. i am mentally sick and my health is getting worse everyday.
there is power shortage in my country. there is no power for almost 16 hours a day.
i dont know what i am gona do. this is what i have to deal with being too honest. wish i could have hid in canada n not came back here.

This is just one reason why it's so hard for legit sponsorships to be approved and why we have to wait so long and go through such extremes to be with the ones we love.....all because of dishonest, stupid people like that! Grr!

Agreed! No wonder they ask for so much "proof" of a legit relationship and make the process so tedious for the honest sponsorships!
