Hi frnds.
I am b.sc.nursing graduate from india. I had completed 2 yr post secondary diploma in ontario... am i eligible to apply for postgraduate WP wid this? N it would not create any problem wid getting PR?

if you participated in a program longer than 8 months and graduated from the same...yes, you would be eligible to apply for a PGWP. as for PR qualifications - that completely depends on your circumstances. you should research the different streams CIC has available and the NOC code you would fall under. this should give you a pretty good idea about your chances for PR.

Yes, you can apply for a PGWP.

You should make sure according to your school's website the length of your studies is 2 years or at least 16 months (4 semesters) of full-time studies.

What we've seen in the past are applicants studied in "two year" programs that could be completed in less than two years, and that could be deemed by CIC as ineligible to apply for CEC.

You are eligible, and you should expect a PGWP for 3 years if you have studied for 2 years (4 semesters/16months).
