Yesterday I have received medicals for me and my wife,
just now I have noticed a weird thing on the medical form

In my medical form Marital status is wrongly printed as "Single"
and in my wife's from it is "Married"

what I need to do now??

I believe its not a big issue. Get your medicals done and send them back.

on my wife medicals its written with pencil.

The same things happened to me and I write Clarification to VO and next day have sent to me corrected form , just write email to ur VO

Just have the DMP change it to married when you go for the examination.
