Question: My mom want to extend her stay in Canada.
Can I write the letter on behalf of my Mom for extension of her application? The reason why..she's limited on linguistic skills.

You can not extend TRV, you have to apply for new TRV and mention that applicant is in Canada, hence processing time will be much more less if you do online application.
