Hi all,

One factor that my visa was refused is because of Financial and Personal Assets.
I am currently paying a Condominium unit (title not in my name yet and 30% payment was already made, installment basis), can I include this as an asset? What other things I can show?

Please Help

Yes that is one good asset that you can show. How about a car? or a business? Employment certificate and pay slips. You have to show strong ties from your home country.
