Hello all,

Can you please advice?
We have the reference letters from our previous companies. In the CIC website, I just realized it says it should include email address of the company.

The company letterhead does not include an email address (it is standard) but it includes website address. Do you think this would create a problem? They already signed the papers and it would be a problem to make them signed a new one.

From CIC website:

a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

put the email of the HR in the letter of explanation. shouldnt be a major problem as long as phone number is there.

There are a phone number and internet address but no email on the official letterhead.
So do you think this suffices Navinball?

Anyone who had a similar experience, any advice would be great?

This will be good. Company letter head is enough.
