Hi every one ,

I am living and working in Uk and on PSW visa . i was planning to apply for student visa from london but some body in these threads got refused and mention that to apply from london all funds must be in country of residence or on canada where as my funds were in acc in pakistan and was thinking to take loan from pakistan.

The only option for me is my uncle who is canadian national and running his own business in toronto . He can send me his business statement with heavy amount inside as well as personal bank statement . He said he can also send me tax certificate and company documents together with a letter that he will be happy to sponsor my niece . Will it work ?

please evryone please guide me i am very tense and i have very short time since classes are from january ,..

If you apply from the UK, there might be a chance to be refused for one of the following reasons.

You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. ln reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

- your history of having contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada
- your travel history
- your immigration status
- your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
- length of proposed stay in Canada
- purpose of visit
- limited employment prospects in your country of residence
- your current employment situation
- your personal assets and financial status..

What's your background? Why doesn't your uncle offer you a position?

he cant hire any body internationaly i had a conversation with him . How come you are so sure about this refusal, i am working full time in Uk . And psw is valid immigration status

One of my friends applied from the UK, and was refused for those reasons. As mentioned earlier, it's always better to try rather than not trying. I think the probability of getting visa is low in your case. I could be wrong. Best of luck...
