Hello everyone ,

I have a concern here and any kind of help and reviews would be really appreciated on this issue ,

I got a letter in the mail last week that states that -
We are pleased to advise you that your final determination for permanent residence interview has been scheduled for that particular date .

I heard it not common in Canadian immigration procedure .

What does that mean ,
What kind of questions they could ask me over there ?
Do I really need to prepare for that ?
Or how long it would be ?
If any person been through that please contact me or reply in this thread ,
That would be really helpful.

That's probably your landing interview. :)

It's just a formality before they provide you PR. They will ask you a couple of questions, and it'll be done.

yea I am concerned about they did not mention that it is a landing interview !

Everyone either has to do a landing interview or go to the border and re-enter for inland applicants.

Maybe someone can confirm the actual wording they use when they request the landing interview, but i'm pretty sure it's just that.
