Hi all,

I started a new job at my dad's company on october 2018, under the same noc as my previous experience, as a sales manager.
Basically my dad is my boss.
I am in AOR since 1st of april, and I was wondering if CIC might think that I am not working at my fathers, or faking it...
To be clear, I am really working at my fathers company and getting paid, I even submitted my pay stubs.
Could it be a problem? I am very anxious, I should have put this experience in personal history to avoid any trouble... I am eligible without it. I am just scared that it might seem suspicious to start working at my fathers company at approximately the same time I am preparing my express entry profile.
HElp please

This work experience is irrelevant to your application.

Nvm I completely misread your post, I thought you said you only mentioned your job in the personal history section.

If I'm not wrong your application is assessed based on the AOR date, meaning whatever is submitted until that point in time is considered for evaluation and any future employment is irrelevant to the assessment.

Thank you for your answer, but at the moment I submitted I was already working for my dad for 6 months, and I am afraid it might be suspicious, even though I have all proof of it being a real experience. Plus it doesn't affect my eligibility, I am good to go with my past experiences...
