hi everyone. I'm gathering my documents and filling the forms to submit my PR under the Common Law/Spousal sponsorship. (In Canada)
My partner is a Canadian. I have 5 children who are under my ex husband's care (main care & control custody). They won't be coming to join us in Canada. I know I have to list them in my forms even though they won't be joining us here.
My questions re Additional Family Information:
1) Do they need to fill the additional Family form separately (for above 18 years old) ? What about background information & police clearance?
2) In the Generic form do I put 1 person applying or 6 people ?
3) When I make the fees payment do I only pay for myself and the open work visa I'm also applying for or do I have to include payment for the children too?
