Hi guys, I am currently in a 4 year program but after 2 years I realized I’m not cut out for University and now I want to start all over and apply to a 2 year program in another college, will this affect my PGWP application later?

No issue. Make sure your new school is a public college - not private. And make sure your studies are full time.

A 2 year program may not give you enough points to qualify for CEC , it's something to think about.
