HELP! OSAP bank account check four months prior to the starting of the program.?

I am applying for 9 month certificate program starting in January. Want to get Osap. Last week I had 10k in my bank account, which withdrawed to cover some debts. Will they check my assets from now 4 month back (because I am applying now) or they will check 4 months before starting the program(starting in January) . I am afraid they won't give me a loan because they will see I had money. Thank you.
