Help: Online Application, received request to send passport, approved?

Hi All,

I have received a request letter to submit my passport. What does it mean? is it approved or rejected? Can anyone help me out?
The letter content was "This is in reference to your application for temporary residence. A decision has been made on your application. We require your passport to finalise processing your application".

No. Actually my agent haven't provided me the GC key login credentials. so i'm unaware of that, but i use to get emails if any new messages receives in GC account.

yeah, but the agent conveyed me that, if any new messages comes i will receive email, and once i forwarded that email, only they will check

Currently they have informed me is that they have send my passport to VFS yesterday. and provided me the tracking ID

Hopefuly but little tensed too, because i haven't received any approval confirmation.
