Hello everyone,
I just got my visa for BSc rejected with the following notes :

•I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
•You have not shown yourself to be a strong student in home country. I am not satisfied that you are a serious student whose intent is to study.

So for the second reason, I guess it has to do with my accademic background. I'm Vietnamese but I did my A-levels in the UK with ABD. After that I attended one year of Bachelor of Architecture in the UK, but l didn't submit my assessment at the end of the year so I ended up with 4 out of 6 modules failed (with 0%). How can I convince the VO that I'm serious with my study? Can I say something along the line "I left before I could submit my final assessment hence the missing marks"? Does getting a reference letter from my sixth form teacher help?
I have no Idea about the first one though. I stated in my POS that I would come back to Vietnam after graduate. Moreover I don't have a degree so it would be almost impossible for me to look for a job in Canada. I'm thinking about reappying in SDS. Will it heighten the chance of my visa approval?

Thanks in advance.
