HELP ON LINE APPLICATION FOR STUDENT VISA

Hello everyone,

I'm in Canada as visitor multiple entry and expires on January 2017.

I just got the acceptance letter from an university in Vancouver and I really need to know if could I apply ON LINE for the study permit being in Canada as visitor or do I need to move outside of the country to do so.

You may apply online. There is no one stopping you from doing that while you're in Canada provided your visitor visa is valid.
