HELP ON HOW TO OPEN LC2 ECAS

check small box lower end and click continue
click identification type and select immigration file number/application number
enter identification number
(look at your LC2 Medical Request Form and on immigration details it is written the application number of your LC2, enter this number on the ecas)
enter your surname
enter birth date of LC2
enter place of birth by country
click continue and the next page will show LC2 Ecas details, then click the underlined status in example "in process" or "decision made"

i tried how many times still it wont open....it say were un able to identify--- :-( what is going on is this normal??? its been 4weeks since my lc2 submit his passport.
are you sure your inputs are correct?
LC2 application number total 10 digits, like mine, starts with a letter i.e E000166XXX
the birth date must be in correct order as you input, to wit : month-date-year
then yours and your LC2 surname/family name
then place/country of birth
if still your LC2 Ecas will not show it is most probable it is not entered yet into the ecas system, you can try to email cpcv and inform them of this matter.

i called cic this morning...it wasnt updated so they transfer me to tech support team and they send me an email add so i can email them to resolve my problem....
