Help!! Not able to attach reapplied paper Visa application on CIC

Recently I reapplied paper study visa application ..But not able to attach that paper visa application on my CIC account.

When I try to search and add my new application, I only got message that we will notify you once we found your application.

P.S I can only see my last refused application in CIC account.

Any suggestions/solution friends!
