HELP, NOC QUESTION FOR CEC

Hi guys,
I graduated from a University with Mechanical Engineering degree in Summer 2013, have been working since Fall 2013 until now under Post Grad WOrk Permit which will expire in Fall 2016. However, I am working as a technician with underpaid salary ~43k/year. Will that affect my score?As I have a degree in engineering but I am just working as a technician?My company will do whatever it takes to keep me here, is there anything they can do to help me?

I don't know what uni it is but they should not employ you as a "technician" as a mattter of ethics.
